cheese Omelet Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk or water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or basil)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or water, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
- Cook the Omelet:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil. Once melted and hot, pour in the egg mixture.
